DuPont de Nemours, Inc. has appointed Kurt B. McMaken to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. McMaken will serve on the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Governance Committee. The Board has determined that he is an independent director under NYSE listing standards and qualifies as an audit committee financial expert under SEC regulations.

McMaken, currently the Chief Financial Officer of The Brink’s Company, has extensive financial and management experience, including leadership roles at Eaton Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

There are no arrangements or transactions requiring disclosure regarding his appointment. He will receive the company’s standard compensation for non-employee directors.
