Built using IBM watsonx Orchestrate and watsonx.ai, "The Intelligent Companion" allows customers to explore the Outlander in a Mitsubishi-branded virtual environment, answering detailed questions and providing real-time assistance. Trained on Outlander-specific data and tested with Canadian audiences, the AI tool ensures relevant and natural interactions.
The project moved swiftly from concept to launch, taking just twelve weeks, highlighting the efficiency of WongDoody and IBM's collaboration. Mitsubishi Motors Canada sees this innovation as a major step in improving customer engagement and aligning with its commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology in the automotive industry.
