Uber and OpenTable Launch Global Partnership to Elevate Dining Experience

Uber and OpenTable have announced a strategic global partnership to integrate their services and enhance the dining experience for millions of consumers worldwide. The collaboration will connect Uber’s ride-hailing and delivery platforms with OpenTable’s restaurant reservation network across the US, Canada, UK, Mexico, Australia, and Ireland.

In the coming months, the companies plan to roll out app integrations enabling users to book dining reservations, arrange transportation, and access member benefits all in one seamless experience. For restaurants, this partnership offers expanded exposure, the chance to reach new customers, and additional revenue opportunities.

Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi emphasized that the collaboration will help users more easily enjoy the best of their cities. OpenTable CEO Debby Soo highlighted how integrating dining, delivery, and transportation will create a more connected and effortless experience for diners.

The partnership will launch in phases throughout the year, with ongoing development planned to enhance features and deepen the platforms’ integration.
