DuPont Acknowledges Chinese Regulator’s Investigation into Tyvek Business

DuPont de Nemours, Inc. disclosed that China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) has initiated an investigation involving the company’s Tyvek® business. DuPont stated it is taking the matter seriously and is cooperating with authorities. The company noted that Tyvek® sales to China amounted to approximately $90 million in 2024, representing less than 1% of its total consolidated net sales for the year.
