Atmos Energy Extends Credit Facility Maturities by One Year

Atmos Energy Corporation has extended the maturity dates of its $1.5 billion three-year and five-year revolving credit agreements, each managed by Crédit Agricole as administrative agent. The three-year credit facility now matures on March 28, 2028, and the five-year facility on March 28, 2030. These one-year extensions became effective on March 31, 2025, and are part of the company’s strategy to maintain flexible and long-term financial resources.
