CrowdStrike wins 2025 Google Cloud Security Partner of the Year for Workload Security, expands AI security offerings
CrowdStrike has been named the 2025 Google Cloud Security Partner of the Year in the Workload Security category. The recognition highlights CrowdStrike’s continued leadership in securing cloud workloads and its deepening collaboration with Google Cloud.
Alongside the award, CrowdStrike announced an expansion of its partnership with Google Cloud to provide enhanced end-to-end protection for AI innovation. This includes new capabilities within its Falcon Cloud Security platform, designed to secure every stage of the AI development lifecycle — from code to cloud.
The expanded Falcon platform now includes:
- AI image scanning to detect vulnerabilities early in development
- ARM64 compliance enforcement for container security
- Container escape detection on managed services like Google Cloud Run
- AI Security Posture Management (AI-SPM) and Red Team services for protecting AI models and data
CrowdStrike's unified platform combines runtime protection, cloud detection and response, AI-powered analytics, and threat intelligence. These features aim to address the growing complexity of hybrid cloud and AI-driven environments while helping security teams shift from visibility to real-time defense.
CrowdStrike’s Chief Business Officer Daniel Bernard emphasized the need for “real-time protection that keeps pace with how AI workloads are built and run,” reinforcing the company’s commitment to stopping breaches in a fast-moving threat landscape.
The announcement comes during Google Cloud Next 2025, where CrowdStrike is showcasing its solutions at booth #1040.
