Audit Reports: The audit reports from Marcum for fiscal years 2023 and 2024 did not contain an adverse opinion or disclaimer, but included an explanatory paragraph on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.

No Disagreements or Reportable Events: There were no disagreements with Marcum on accounting or audit practices during the past two years, nor were there any reportable events.
