Apple and Major League Baseball have announced the return of *Friday Night Baseball* to Apple TV+ for the 2025 season. The weekly doubleheader series will be available in 60 countries and regions, featuring enhanced production, expert commentary, and no local broadcast restrictions. The season begins on March 28 with the Baltimore Orioles facing the Toronto Blue Jays, followed by the New York Mets against the Houston Astros.
Apple TV+ will also debut *Fight for Glory: 2024 World Series*, a docuseries offering an inside look at the Yankees-Dodgers World Series matchup, and *VIP: Yankee Stadium*, an immersive film showcasing behind-the-scenes moments at the iconic ballpark.
The broadcast team includes Wayne Randazzo, Dontrelle Willis, Heidi Watney, Alex Faust, Ryan Spilborghs, and Tricia Whitaker, with Lauren Gardner, Russell Dorsey, and Xavier Scruggs handling pregame and postgame coverage. Fans in the U.S. and Canada can also listen to home and away radio broadcasts during games.
Additional Apple TV+ features include the *MLB Big Inning* whip-around show, *Countdown to First Pitch*, and classic game highlights. The Apple Sports app will provide live scores, stats, and real-time updates, while multiview on Apple TV 4K and iPad allows fans to watch up to four streams simultaneously.
The *Friday Night Baseball* schedule runs through June 27, featuring marquee matchups like a Yankees-Dodgers rematch, a Texas showdown between the Rangers and Astros, and appearances by stars like Shohei Ohtani and Bryce Harper.
