T-Mobile has completed its acquisition of Vistar Media and announced the acquisition of Blis, strengthening its advertising solutions business. These acquisitions enhance T-Mobile's digital advertising portfolio, offering more targeted and measurable advertising solutions for brands while improving consumer ad experiences.
Vistar Media, a leader in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising, will integrate with T-Mobile's data insights to deliver more effective real-world digital campaigns. Blis, known for its privacy-centric advertising technology, will enable T-Mobile to provide better omnichannel targeting without relying on traditional identifiers like cookies.
T-Mobile paid approximately $175 million for Blis, completing the transaction on March 3, 2025. The acquisition of Vistar Media was finalized on February 3, 2025. These acquisitions are expected to contribute around $250 million in revenue, $75 million in EBITDA, and $50 million in free cash flow in 2025, adding to T-Mobile’s growing advertising business, which already generates over $1 billion annually.
With these moves, T-Mobile aims to redefine digital advertising by offering data-driven, privacy-focused solutions that connect advertisers with consumers more effectively across multiple platforms.
