Lowe's has announced the expansion of Lowe's Style Studio for Apple Vision Pro to five stores in Austin, Texas. This immersive 3D design experience allows customers to visualize and plan their dream kitchens using spatial computing technology. The initiative builds on a previous three-store test and incorporates customer feedback, including new trending colors and kitchen designs.
Starting March 15, customers can book free 45-minute in-store sessions where Lowe's associates will guide them through kitchen options such as sinks, cabinets, countertops, and flooring. Friends, family, and decorators can join via an iPad that mirrors the 3D experience. Customers can save and share their selections digitally for future reference.
The launch introduces a teleport feature that lets users view their kitchen from different angles with simple hand gestures. Lowe's plans to expand the program to additional stores later this year.
Lowe's Style Studio is available for download in the App Store for Apple Vision Pro and is part of Lowe's suite of technology-driven tools, including MyLowe’s Home and Measure Your Space.
