Payarc Partners with AWS to Revolutionize Payment Processing with AI Tools

Payarc has announced a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance its payment processing systems through advanced artificial intelligence. The initiative introduces a suite of AI-powered tools—anchored by the Payments Intelligence Expert (Pie)—to deliver greater automation, fraud detection, and predictive analytics across its platform.

Built using AWS technologies such as Amazon SageMaker and Redshift, Pie enables real-time risk assessment, merchant churn prediction (up to 85% accuracy), and automation of key onboarding tasks, reducing manual processing by 90%. The system also helps forecast ACH failures and optimize reserve fund management.

In addition, Payarc is launching an Agent Pricing Advisor, which provides AI-driven, actionable insights to help merchants and partners make more efficient pricing decisions.

The AWS-powered infrastructure behind these solutions includes S3, QuickSight, Glue, and Amazon Q, enabling scalable, secure, and ethical AI integration. AWS's bias mitigation tool, SageMaker Clarify, ensures transparency and fairness in fraud and pricing models.
