For the fourth quarter of 2024, net revenue increased by 19.7% to $1.35 billion, compared to $1.12 billion in the same period of 2023. Gross profit rose by 8.6% to $268.4 million, though gross margin declined slightly to 19.9% from 22.0%. Net income stood at $60.1 million, reflecting a 5.1% increase from $57.2 million in the prior year. Adjusted net income grew to $75.5 million, with adjusted diluted earnings per share rising 15.8% to $0.44. Adjusted EBITDA reached $121.6 million, an 8.9% increase.
