2K has announced the release of WWE 2K25's *Bloodline Edition* and *Deadman Edition* for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. These editions highlight Roman Reigns' Bloodline faction and The Undertaker, respectively, while the *Standard Edition* will be available on March 14, 2025.

The game features significant enhancements, including a new *2K Showcase* focused on The Bloodline’s dynasty, a large roster of over 300 playable characters, and the introduction of *The Island*, an interactive experience where players compete to earn a WWE contract. *Intergender wrestling* is now available, alongside new match types like *Bloodline Rules* and *Underground Match*. *MyGM* mode now includes online multiplayer, allowing up to four players to compete as general managers.

Additional features include an improved *Creation Suite*, the return of *Universe Mode’s Promos*, and an expanded *MyFACTION* card battle mode. The *MyRISE* mode introduces a storyline where Bayley and Kevin Owens attempt to take over NXT. Five post-launch DLC packs will add new superstars, including Penta, The Motor City Machine Guns, Giulia, and legends like Mark Henry and Jesse Ventura.

The *Deadman Edition* includes exclusive Undertaker-themed content, while *The Bloodline Edition* offers extra content featuring The Rock and additional in-game items. Pre-orders come with the *Wyatt Sicks Pack*, featuring Uncle Howdy and other characters.

WWE 2K25 is developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K, a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive.
Rockstar Games has acquired Sydney-based development studio Video Games Deluxe, which will be renamed Rockstar Australia. The studio has collaborated with Rockstar on projects such as the 2017 re-releases of *L.A. Noire*, *L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files*, and upgrades to *Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition* for iOS, Android, Netflix, and modern consoles.

Rockstar’s partnership with Video Games Deluxe dates back to *L.A. Noire* and its original development by Team Bondi, founded by Brendan McNamara. McNamara expressed excitement about joining Rockstar Games and continuing to develop high-quality games.
